| The District Jail, Rajanpur was commissioned in 1860 and area of Jail is 15 acres. The authorized accommodation of the Jail is 180 prisoners. Recenty it has been shifted to new complex located beside the Police Line. The area of new complex is 50 acres 02 canals & 14 marlas and the authorized accommodation is 1000 prisoners. |  |

| Rehabilitation Center is established for addicts prisoners inside the Jail. |

| Proper medical treatments is available in jail hospital. Medical Officers and Paramedical Staff are available round the clock. |

| One Teacher is deputed from Educational Department and one Teacher for religious education is deputed from Jamiat Taleem-ul-Quran Trust. |
