Complaint Cell
Complaints can be registered by prisoners and members of the public through the following channels.
PTCL complaint numbers are displayed at prominent locations inside and outside all prison premises.
Complaints may also be submitted through the official WhatsApp Complaint Service.
Every complaint is reviewed and addressed within 24 hours.
Records are maintained in both audio and documentary form for transparency and monitoring.
