Objectives
- Enhance the internal & external security in jails using surveillance and AI technologies.
- Prevent smuggling of contraband articles in Jails.
- Improve communication system among staff and inmates (prisoners) especially panic button system solution should be implemented in effective way to address emergencies.
- Strengthen search processes
- Systematic and machine based check-in and check-out of staff, prisoners, vehicles / transport
- Integration of surveillance & monitoring solution with prisoners and staff database
- Integrate data sharing with police, prosecution, and judiciary for coordinated operations.
- Improve inmate classification, monitoring, and rehabilitation processes.
